Terrible customer service. I saw that Dr Vanaki was listed as one of the Drs that accepted my vision insurance. I called the day before and asked if they accepted my vision insurance, before making an appointment. They said yes. I booked it. The next day, not even 45 minutes before my appointment they called stating that they don’t accept my insurance. I got irritated, because the girl that I spoke to, stated, “You’re more than welcome to pay cash.” Now why would I pay cash and I have insurance? That’s backwards! Next thing ... read more
