I'm sure Dr. Van Meter is highly competent, but his attention to patient comfort is lacking. My wife and son also visited him, including for removal of small moles. They reported that he seemed almost unconcerned about pain prevention and more concerned about speed. They will not be return patients. I have been less affected by the attitude they described, but I can say they were not wrong about the speed versus pain choice.
