I have used Dr. Rutherford for a hip replacement and a knee replacement. In both cases I could not have had a better experience. Him and his staff are absolutely wonderful. Dr. Rutherford has time for you and explains things extremely well. His staff is very efficient and personable. I love everything about this office.
In mid June 2020, I had a Total Knee Replacement accomplished by Dr. Rutherford and his excellent surgical team. I am now 6 weeks into my recovery and am very pleased with the results. From first contact with the Front Desk Personnel, through all of my office visits, phone calls and emails with the ever helpful Gisselle M., the efficiency of the X-Ray Technician and the caring Medical City Dallas Hospital Staff, I was totally impressed with the courtesy and professionalism exhibited. Dr Rutherford’s nurse practitioner was great. Dr Rutherford saw me for a total of 5 minutes and seemed disinterested in me and the reason I was there. I was sent for an X-ray for which I was billed an exhorbitant amount ( checked with local Radiology Center which would have been one this to a half less) and then was billed for a level of care that wasn’t given. Tried to query this bill through the office, the billing service and then was notified that they had sent my bill to a debt collection agency. If this is how they tre... read more
