Dr O’Dowd is by far the best physician I have ever been to. He has treated me for over 15 years and has always been compassionate and knowledgeable about any illness or issues I had in my life. His diagnosis of issues I had has always been spot on. I would not trust any other Dr than him. He has always been there for me in some very important medical issues in my life. He is a man who truly cares about your health. Thank you Dr O’Dowd for being there for me and our community of the years and G-D bles you and your family.
Dr O’Dowd is very good. But the office management is terrible! Last year they promised they were getting a new phone service. Yet still here we are in 2023 phone number constantly goes to an answering service. Call-backs are promised for months on end. Message service reps ask for medically sensitive information to decide if a call-back is warranted!! They even asked if I could wait until my annual physical appointment to discuss my results from lab-work I did 4 months ago!! Ugh. I end up going there in person and giving the... read more
