Absolutely horrible customer service. I called to inquire about Zing Insurance for one of my clients and the "office manager" started off the conversation already Irate. I tried to explain that they are showing as "In network" and ask why they might not be accepting it. Instead of a thought out answer, all I heard was she was the manager in charge and was hung up on. It was my first time ever calling this place and I was treated like I had been harassing them. Disgusting behavior from a medical facility.
Just called here to make an appointment and was hung on twice the lady that answered lied and stated she said hello which she never did, her response was so nonchalant and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend and I would not schedule for an appointment.
I left the Doctor located in Southfield who wanted to amputate my big toe. Upon entry into Dr. Johnson's office I noticed Gospel music playing. Through prayer and treatment the ulcer was healed.
Amazing office, staff and Doctor! Very knowledgeable and helpful. If you need a podiatrist Dr. Johnson is one of the best.
