My husband was just at their facilities today. On the phone the female told him it would take a couple minutes. Well, the session took over 45 minutes! The doctor whom requested the MRI to be done was informed that he is claustrophobic. Did they not receive that note in the file? If not, do they not listen to the patients that are exclaiming they are panicking? Ridiculous.
