Was given an appt for a ruptured breast implant in 6 months??? Wrote a complaint and received a phone call from his office changing my appt to 12/27/19 and was very pleased. I called today to verify the address and was told "again" I have NO appt until 5/28/20! I recd a confirmation call that I have an appt with some plastic surgeon named Dr Chen??? Who the heck is he?? This is unbelievable!! Meantime I'm sitting here with a ruptured breast implant!! There is some liability here!!
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Castiglione. He listened to my questions and answered all of my concerns. He never rushed me through an appointment and was very attentive to me while I was in the hospital. It usually takes several months to get an appointment with him but for me, he is worth every minute of the wait.
Regarding top surgery, he doesn't know the proper techniques. Also, he and his staff are rude & condescending. Not recommended.
I have had 2 surgeries with this doctor and have been very pleased with him. I wouldn't have surgery with anyone else. You will wait months to get an appointment but he is worth the wait.
