It went horribly for me. I had a breast reduction 5 months ago and have nothing but regret and pain. I am much smaller than the targeted size. The skin has no slack so it pulls with any type of movement. My breast pull and hurt more now than they did before the surgery. That means no exercise, I can't even walk my dog. I have had two procedures with Dr. Castiglione and the work is to perfection. A Rhinoplasty 10yrs ago then a partial tummy tuck 4yrs ago. He has great bedside manner and explains everything so you feel at ease. He was recommended by a Patient of mine and I never even went for a second opinion. Had a rhinoplasty and mini tummy tuck with Dr. Castiglione. I love everything about him and his bed side manor. Everything came out perfect. My niece will be getting her consult done in Dec bc she inherited my nose.

Dr. Castiglione is an excellent surgeon. I had an Panniculectomy, abdominoplasty with diastasis repair. Dr. Castiglione Explained the procedure, listened to what I wanted. I am very pleased with the results after only four (4) weeks. I expect the swelling will go down and it will be even better. Additionally his staff could not have been better.
He ruined my daughters nose. The bridge of her nose is practically flat to her head. The surgery was suppose to be a deviated septum with a little cosmetic touch. Her nose is also crooked
