Doctor Jordan Charles was great , however I can’t say the same about some of the staff members. Never delivered my messages and wouldn’t pick up the phone calls for follow up appointments.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Charles Jordan and his PA Eduardo Rodriguez. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for and respected. Today on my follow up visit, I was seen by Eduardo Rodriguez, he took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. Very good Dr clear in explanation takes the time to do it right good sense of humor
Horrible never pick up the phone when I call the office. The staff didn’t really care about me getting back on track with my health , don’t recommend them , they haven’t even checked in with me to see if I’m doing better after physical therapy , never going back to this office again.
