The surgery itself went well and I am mostly satisfied with the medical outcome. Unfortunately, the experience with the office staff significantly detracted from that. The staff was consistently rude and spoke to me in a condescending manner, asserting that only they know how insurance functions. I was also explicitly promised that the office would provide the necessary paperwork for out-of-network reimbursement, which they later refused to provide. I couldn’t be happier with my results from top surgery with Garramone. Everyone was professional and gentle. I opted to get a healing vitamin pack which they sold that helped me heal quicker. Again, I couldn’t be happier.
I traveled to Florida from out of state, as Dr. Garramone has performed several top surgeries for trans and nonbinary friends of mine who still love their results years after and look incredible.
