I called the office on Tuesday at 4:45pm, but nobody answered the phone. I rang their doorbell at 4:52pm, but nobody answered the doorbell. No office hours posted on the door. Google says they are open until 5pm. They don't seem to want any business. I'm not even sure they do dermatology .

The surgery itself went well and I am mostly satisfied with the medical outcome. Unfortunately, the experience with the office staff significantly detracted from that. The staff was consistently rude and spoke to me in a condescending manner, asserting that only they know how insurance functions. I was also explicitly promised that the office would provide the necessary paperwork for out-of-network reimbursement, which they later refused to provide. I couldn’t be happier with my results from top surgery with Garramone. Everyone was professional and gentle. I opted to get a healing vitamin pack which they sold that helped me heal quicker. Again, I couldn’t be happier.
