The staff is unprofessional and extremely rude. They don't look at patients' charts to get ANY information. They want the patients to do the work for them and all they want is a paycheck. It's clear they don't care about the patients at all. They don't introduce themselves. They don't wash or sanitize their hands or wear gloves. This should be done no matter what but especially when dealing with people's eyes!!!!
Texarkana office treats patients like literal cattle in that little corral they got. They will give you an appointment and then reach out two days before it to reschedule two months out; causing major delays in care. I feel like CMS needs to know about this, and I have time for it.
Worse 2 days ever. Sat for over 2 hours the first day. Had appointment for 10 o'clock next day and Sat over 2 hours again. They make appointments and he isn't even in town. Also had some NASTY people working for him.will never waste my time with this guy again.
Dr. Lyon is an amazing doctor. Very experienced, takes time to explain and answer questions, and seems to genuinely care about his patients. His staff are wonderful too. When I had an emergency while traveling in a different city they actually helped me to find care locally. Everyone in the office is incredibly kind. I didn’t know doctors and doctors offices like this still existed.
