Dr. Kalenowski and staff are great. He takes the time to listen and very informative.

The front desk staff/office nurse here is incredibly unprofessional. The woman who answers the phone and calls back is consistently rude and makes you feel like you’re bothering her just by calling. This has happened more than once, and it’s completely unacceptable for a medical office where clear, respectful communication is part of the job. Whoever oversees this office should not allow staff to speak to patients this way. If someone dislikes working with people, they shouldn’t be in a role that requires it.
