Kind and funny, but also great surgeon...
I had to cancel my surgery because his admin staff are too incompetent and rude to handle the basic functional aspects of running an office, and I don't have time to deal with repeated calls that I cannot return due to problems with the office phone system and receptionists who hang up on you. All this just to try to resolve the problem of a missing referral, which I brought with me to the first visit and staff declined.
Dr. Carroll is not only and excellent, knowledgeable Doctor but he is very kind, considerate and compassionate. He has operating on the hand of one son, the shoulder on another and is now treating me for a shoulder injury.
Dr. Carroll is an excellent hand surgeon..He has always been very cordial with me and treated my Dupuytren hand problem with the proper procedures. I'm a professional musician and the care of my hands and who I trust regarding the care of them is of extremely important to me. I recommend him HIGHLY. Very attentive and professional. I like him!
The best!! Can't recommend this doctor enough! He operated on my ganglion cyst in my wrist and I'm so very pleased.
Dr. Carroll has performed 3 surgeries on me-1 on a tennis elbow and 2 on a badly shattered wrist. His expertise and knowledge are unsurpassed; therefore, I have had excellent results, including optimal function as well as minimal scarring. Dr Carroll takes the time to listen to my questions and provides clear answers. He also has very thorough follow-up. I totally trust his judgment and would highly recommend him.
Dr Carroll is very professional, courteous, and kind. He takes a great deal of time listening to your complaints. I went to see Dr. Carroll for a growth on my finger. He removed the growth. He provided excellent post-op care and initial follow-up. Then after undergoing the recommended physical therapy, when I came back for my last follow-up visit, he could not tell where the incision was!! It had healed up perfectly, with no scar.

FOUND DR, CARROLL TO BE EXCELLECT HAND ORTHOPEDIST. I FALL AT WORK AND RECEIVED FOUR SURGERY TO LEFT HAND IN WHICH DR CARROLL CORRECTED. IF THIS INJURY TO MY LEFT HAND WAS NOT CORRECTED I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN TO WORK. THANK GOD FOR DR CARROLL AND HIS HEALING HANDS
