I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Did this provider use excessive foul language? Somewhat. It was a little excessive.

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Usually when I leave the dentist, I can tell a difference in how much cleaner my mouth is, but I couldn't really tell when I left their office. It wasn't as clean as I was hoping it would be. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. She was very unprofessional in her interactions toward me. I would not recommend her to anyone else. I have never met a dentist like her! I should have walked... read more
