I think she is a wonderful doctor.She has time and patience to answer your questions.She is caring ,kind and very knowledgeable.She is also very pretty.I like her a lot.She is very down to earth.
I’ve been a patient almost 20 years. I had to see a nurse practitioner. Dr. Barnett didn't seem to have time to answer my questions, but yet she did have time to explain about how she sees 60 patients a day. And they filled my email inbox with coupons for fillers. Adding to my frustration is her inept billing department who sends invoices with errors and then won't respond to calls or emails to help fix them. Never going back! Don't waste your time with her, there are better dermatologists out there. Life is too short to tolerate a doctor and practice like this one.

At my recent annual checkup, told doc that for over a year my eyelids were itchy and I had dandruff between the lashes. She quickly looked at my eyes (without wearing glasses or using a magnifying glass, etc.) said she saw nothing and gave me a sample of Aquaphor to put on eyelids. Aquaphor directions state do not let it get in eyes. Yesterday, I went to my eye doc for annual; he said I have blepharitis and mites on lashes. He was surprised by Barnett's response. In all my years, ( a lot) I have never had such a thorough skin examination. Dr. Barnett is very smart and intuitive and caring.
This office is run by an immature staff. I visited for 6 months receiving treatments monthly. The office staff is incompetent. The issues I ran into are: 1-Did not receive receipt several times and each visit inquired. (They do not provide paper receipts, email only.) 2- Showed up for appt and it wasn't on the books. Luckily I had the appt card with me. 3-You can NOT get into the office without a co-pay up front. Today I received a bill for one of my visits. I checked my Credit Card bill and it isn't there.
