Seen him about ongoing pain caused from a metal plate and screws in my ankle from an old break. Saw him at Campbelltown branch. Wonderful to speak with understood the issue. One 1st visit got forms to submit to public wait list for metal removal. Performed the operation 1.5 weeks ago. Everything went well. Have follow up next week. Very happy. Can already feel the relief in my ankle, even while healing.

Terrible experience. The receptionist old lady was rude and the way she spoke was as if she knew everything! Clearly not. The doctor wasn’t even there and she kept on saying she doesn’t work for him and doesn’t know anything and said we need to go back to Gregory hills! We lost a month of following up and our plans. Ridiculous.
