My feedback is for the wonderful young receptionist who was in Dr Daves Campbelltown clinic on Monday 3 rd August. What a positive, friendly & contagious manner. I'm so sorry I don't know your name , but thank you so much for making me feel almost 21 again, I'm 79
Terrible experience. The receptionist old lady was rude and the way she spoke was as if she knew everything! Clearly not. The doctor wasn’t even there and she kept on saying she doesn’t work for him and doesn’t know anything and said we need to go back to Gregory hills! We lost a month of following up and our plans. Ridiculous.
Even though I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment, the receptionist was very rude. At first, she told me the doctor wasn’t there. Then she changed her story and said the doctor had left 10 minutes earlier. After that, she said the doctor was actually in Campbelltown. My appointment was booked for the Liverpool clinic, and when I called the booking team, they confirmed that the doctor was supposed to be there. If I could give negative star I would, absolute joke had a 5:30pm appointment, was told he’s a hour behind when had a coffee came back at 6:30pm waited till 7pm then was told by receptionist that there’s still 3 people in front upon inspecting the average time he spends which each patient was around 30 mins meaning my mother would have been there till around 8:30pm 3 HOURS behind RESPECT PEOPLES TIME, don’t make appointments you can’t keep, making people wait 3 hours and charging them $250 I honestly can’t believe what I wit... read more
