My family had a horrible experience with the front desk staff during our newborn appointment. Dr. Aung is an in-network pediatrician and yet their office does not follow standard billing practices for newborn appointments. I do not recommend scheduling your newborn appointment with this practice. When we called their office weeks prior to birth, they said we have nothing to worry and that we should just call when the baby is born. I recently had to move to anther practice because I just grew out Dr. Aungs practice around 2 years ago. I loved Dr. Aung along with his staff.
Dr. Aung is the best. I have 2 boys 20 & 32. He’s treated both over the years and my 20 year old is still a patient until they give him the boot. . He and his staff go above & beyond!
We appreciate having Ms. Anneliese Schurtz as my daughter’s pediatrician. She is so friendly, fun, and always gave lots of good advice.
