I would not recommend this doctor to treat a dog. I was referred to him by another orthopedic doctor. I had to wait 3 hours to see him. All he did was dictate on his dictaphone and rushed through it. He was talking so fast that my husband and I couldn’t understand what he was saying. He never explained anything. All he he did was write a note for me to give to the referring doctor. I left that left that office clueless. I will never him again!
Dr. Harrod fixed a very extensive back problem that should have been done by another surgeon twelve years ago. He corrected the problem and alleviated my pain and I will be forever in his debt for doing his job to the best of his ability. If all surgeons were as dedicated...there would be less patients using opiates to manage the excrutiating pain left behind after inadequate judgement calls. He was totally honest, respectful, and dedicated to fixing the problem. Great office staff.
A prior surgery by another doctor did not give any relief to left leg pain that was bad enough to keep me from walking or standing for more than 10 minutes. And I used to run marathons and wanted to be very active in retirement. Dr. Harrod performed surgery and I can now jog / ride a bicycle. He gave me my life back. The only negative is that he is typically ran 60-75 minutes behind schedule but he is absolutely worth that small inconvenience.
Waited over 1 1/2 hours and doctor spent little time with us. He was never clear in the treatment and changed treatment without explanation. A horrible experience and the vet does a better job at treatment and communication.
DR. Harrod was the best. Gave me personal attention and carefully explained my condition and was truthful. Very pleased with my surgery, wondering now why didn't I do it sooner. Dr.Harrod was my Third opinion. Thank God I waited, and wenr with him. Thank you for giving my life back.
I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my back and neck problems. Dr. Harrod is the absolute best there is! I have a cervical spine fracture, and he has answered all of my questions and has always fit me in to his schedule if I’ve had any concerns. Not to mention he’s extremely knowledgeable and personable. He and all of his staff are just outstanding.
Went to Dr. Harrod for a consult for neck problems. He made great recommendations for procedures to be done by my pain management doctor. Would highly recommend him to friends and family.
Before visiting Dr. Harrod my pain level was so great that doing any activity was impossible. After lower back surgery I am happy to report my pain level is 0. I have my life back now. Through out pre-surgery, surgery, and follow up visits, Dr. Harrod continues to answer all my questions and concerns. He and his whole staff are a delight to be around. Every day I realize that all the pain is gone and I'm getting stronger I'm thankful for my doctor.
Dr. Christopher Harrod he is a gift from God. his personality, humor, and his wonderful smile that how my son and I made it though. His office staff is superb. Thank again Dr. Harrod. Torrey and his mom.
