Saw him for an Independent Exam for my Long Term Disability Company at work due to Nerve pain. He barely saw me for 5 minutes, asked few questions about what I did for work and did not ask how I was effected by my diagnosis or addresses my pain as related to what I do. I was encouraged because he mentioned he had a client like myself, that he didn't believe I was getting proper treatment.
