I can't compliment Dr. Z enough...he's warm, kind, honest, knowledgeable and skilled. His staff is excellent as well. I had given up hope of finding a doctor that could help me with a scar revision from a previous Moh's surgery until Dr. Z was referred to me. Dr. Z also performed TRL under my eyes and my results are excellent. I truly thank God for leading me to Dr. Z!

I received the highest recommendations for Dr Zatezalo. Unfortunately, their office staff's manners and professionalism are the opposite. The Dr's office scheduling team will send you emails and texts demanding your appt confirmation for the appointments you have already made. "Please type YES to confirm your upcoming appointment " A- If you confirm your appt cancellation BUT they do not keep record of it, they will charge you $150. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Z and his entire team. From start to finish, the staff was professional, kind, and incredibly thorough, which made the entire process seamless. I underwent an upper blepharoplasty along with a ProFractional laser treatment on both my upper and lower lids, and the results are truly amazing! If you are considering eyelid surgery or trying to refresh your eyes, I cannot recommend the Zatezalo Group highly enough—you won't be disappointed!
