My mom was a patient of his until about a year ago. She began to experience near faint episodes and ended up in the ER. The ER doctor told her to see her cardiologist urgently…so the next day she called the office and they refused to give her an early appt despite the urgency. So I decided to pay them a visit myself, since i am an employee at Jackson. The front desk employees were absolutely nasty, zero compassion and basically said there was no early appointment.
