Extremely rude and incompetent staff. Do not answer the phones or send prescription information to the correct pharmacy, but go out of their way to send a certified letter telling you that you are no longer welcome there because you had finally had enough of the unprofessionalism and told them about it. Do not use these clowns. There are plenty of other options in the area. Go elsewhere. Do not waste your time or money.
Disgusting to read how you treated one of your patients, but worse, one of your most loyal patients!! It seems we’re in the middle of a health crisis right now, but your elderly patients deserve to be your top priority. You doctors get paid top dollar to treat us and this is the respect you have for those that keep you in business?!! Disgusting behavior and I hope you change or your business shuts down!!

Very upsetting to read on Facebook, how you treated a 96 year old gentleman who had come into your office yesterday. You obviously have no Goddamned respect for anyone, if you are telling them to go home, after they have waited for over an hour and a half past their appointment time to see you. What is more alarming, is that he has been a loyal and faithful patient for more than 30 years, and was treated very rude and with much dissrespect! He’s very rude to his patients he doesn’t honor appt times tells them if you don’t like it you can go somewhere else after been waiting over 1 1/2 hours.
