Dr Alonzo is quite good diagnostically and conservative in recommending treatment options. Staff, however, is very unprofessional - demeaning to patients in several ways - and as a result I have changed urologists. Staff has since ignored repeated requests to forward medical records to my current urologist. Until the staff changes, I cannot recommend Dr Alonzo.
Dr. Alonzo was very dismissive of my pain and my condition. I will never make an apt with her again.
The Dr. was quite rude and I will never go back there.
