She listened,asked questions,answered my questions and left me feeling that she really was interested in helping me. I was totally satisfied with my visit.
Dr Kapoor was a good Dr. Was since she has retired. The office she worked at is terrible. They could not do a courtesy call or send a letter to let us know she was retiring. I needed a few days of pills for a refill and the office said they would send to the pahrmacy only to be told Dr Kapoor has retired and they can't send a couple of weeks to hold me over until his new prescription arrives.
Won't visit again!
I saw Dr. Kapoor 2 weeks ago for migraine headaches. I was prescribed 3 medications and NO prescription has been sent to my Costco pharmacy. No one answers the phone (phone calls with repeating messages x 21 minutes then disconnect EVERY TIME). They "suggest" to text office staff with ANY need. I have texted as instructed every 3-4 days since my Dr.'s appointment. I get a texted response of "we will pass on message", but am still having migraines almost every day and have NO medicine. I've been seeing Dr. Kapoor for about 5 years. She can be great at times. Thorough, intelligent and easy to talk to. Problem is getting a hold of anyone. If you need something outside of your visit IE questions, refills, good luck! Also they never call to confirm appointments and also have major billing problems.
Was placed in her care after my Neurologist retired. She was dismissive, and said many rude and condescending statements during my one appointment with her. Made sure to remind me no less than 5 times to NOT call her office again, and to NOT follow up with her again. 'Referred' me to a new doctor, as she said begrudgingly - when even I knew that what the new doctor specialized in does not line up with my symptoms. Would never recommend.
Dr Kapoor scheduled an MRI which was done on March 2nd. I received no reply from her regarding the results. She had scheduled to see me on April 19th. I went to see my doctor and he explained the results to me.
Dr. Kapoor is an excellent neurologist. She is very detailed and explains conditions well. I highly recommend her. However, the office staff needs replacement.
If I could not give any star I would, extremely unprofessional and unethical. Do not use her or her office at all bad news!!!
