I was referred to Dr. Duncan when I began experiencing excruciating back pain that severely impacted my daily activities. The injections and treatment she recommended alleviated the pain and allowed me to resume my normal activities within a month of starting treatment. She is an excellent diagnostician and skilled in her specialty. In addition, the office staff is also caring, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend her!
Her staff is wonderful. Had she followed thru with anything discussed in our initial consultation the outcome would surely be different. I wasted close to a year repeating unsuccessful injections until my insurance refused to pay. Although I complied with everything asked of me ..my pain was far from managed. I leave her care worse than when I started and have other issues because of procedures performed by her. She listens to nothing said, nor does she take proper notes. A total waste of time!!
I have visited Dr. Duncan three times for a neck problem and knee problem. At each visit, I found Dr. Duncan and her staff to be highly thorough, compassionate, and competent. I am dealing with chronic joint issues and received a very comprehensive evaluation, with appropriate tests ordered. The interventions helped my symptoms.

Dr. Duncan and her staff are excellent. I've been a patient there for 2 years for chronic back pain that has been hard to treat effectively by previous doctors; she has always spent a lot of time listening and working with me to provide the best options for care. She has a serious demeanor, not to be mistaken for disinterest, she has shown genuine, personal care in both my treatments and my own personal well-being. Her staff is very friendly and accomodating; I actually enjoy my doctor visits!
Her bedside manner is atrocious. She makes a patient feel that she is not a partner in their healthcare but more of a tyrannical dictator. She rarely actually listens to the patient.
