My mom suffered from severe rheumatoid arthritis and Dr. Duncan was patient as mom tried to explain the location and severity of her pain. They discussed various treatments and what might have the best results. I admired Dr. Duncan for being upfront when mom’s condition wasn’t going to improve and was time to work on pain management.

Very efficient team lead by Dr. Duncan! No delays waiting for assigned appointment, treated with respect and care. Dr. Duncan's vast experience enables her to listen, diagnose and suggest the right treatment. Dr. Duncan is very adept at pain relief, and visits run like clockwork, while I felt the Doctor was listening well, and got what pain I was going through. I plan on additional treatments with Dr. Duncan. I trust her knowledge base and her understanding of pain and relief

Can't see the negative reviews here. I saw Dr. Duncan 8 years ago, she listened and considered. She told me prolotherapy for my back would last 4 or 5 years, I got a good 7 imho.

This pain doctor has no idea what she’s doing. I begged for more than 6 months for help with changing the dosages of my medications because I was having such severe pain, but she didn’t care and wouldn’t do anything to help me. She was rude and spoke to me with disdain at every appointment. I spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars for no reason. I’m trying to find a different doctor as I write this. If I would have read these negative posts before going to this doctor, I never would have gone.

I've never had an encounter with a more disinterested physician who doesn't listen to patients. She's already decided on a treatment plan prior to your visit with prescriptions sent to the pharmacy before you've even spoken to her. I confirmed this with my pharmacy and was appalled at this unprofessional treatment. I spoke to my General Practitioner about her and they told me that they have received other complaints since they first referred her and won't send anyone else. Don't waste your time

I went to see Dr Duncan for lower back pain. Her staff is nice. The ablasion she performed was the least effective one I have had of the 5 I have had. I received ablasion from another doctor last week and received immediate relief. The 4 treatments of prolotherapy she performed were also ineffective. I spent over $3000 over a period of about 3 months in her practice . It was a waste of money. She will answer questions if you ask them but seems to be in a hurry like it's just a job.

Dr. Duncan is great! She has helped me a lot with my back pain and other joint pain. I and and several members have seen her. She does a thorough exam and explains very well what your options are. Dr. Duncan great with her injections and in many cases can give you relief right away. I will continue to give her name to friends and family!

I went to Dr. Duncan upon the recommendation from Dr. Dennis Bullard, who is a top notch Neurosurgeon in the whole State of NC. Dr. Duncan was very professional and extremely concerned about my condition. Her office staff is very friendly all the while being very professional as well. After the initial consultation, when I returned to the office on my next visit, Dr. Duncan explained what she was going to do. She again was very professional and the treatment was over before I knew it began.
