Dr Kaufmann is excllent but when I called to try to get an urgent appointment for my wife, I was greeted on the phone by an officious woman who was borderline rude and conveyed by her tone how busy she was and what a bother I was. It's really a shame that some great doctors have a staff who treat patients like supplicants and this woman was a perfect example of this ignoble category. I'll probably not go back if she's still there.
