My appointment was at 8 am. It was still dark outside. Hard to find down the alley between the buildings. I went in and no one was present. The waiting room is a postage stamp and uninviting. My Psychiatric nurse was Daisy. She arrived late to the office, well after my appointment time. I was finally given paperwork by some gentleman. I finally got called back...an hour after my Appointed time. Daisy was sick. She had to keep a kleenex over her nose and she had the sniffles. In my experience Dr Castillo is an excellent doctor and has treated me and all my family with the attention and affection we all needed and never had. He has given us the correct medication that actually works for us.
