If I could give this place a negative -5 star or more, I would! Cassandra G. Brackett is very unprofessional! I have a friend who used to go to her when she was younger and has PTSD with dentists til this day because Cassandra used to hit them and was very rough. I know people that go to this place now and are still saying it is very unsanitary and VERY unprofessional. Get it together or shut it down.
The office of Dr. Cassandra Brackett serves and works for select Health Insurance Companies and not for all people. I have a crown on my front left big tooth. While eating a sandwich it broke 3 days ago. On Monday, I was desperately calling to get someone to do an emergency repair. Upon doing a Google search for Emergency crown, Dr. Brackett's office came up. I contacted the office and explained the situation. I was told by the representative that they do not take Aetna DMO. Love this place, Dentist and staff are very professional.
I wouldn’t send my mother back here, ever. The work took a very long time and when she got the partial put in, it looked terrible and careless. I hate to think businesses treat elderly people bad but the quality of this work was scam level…. A year later teeth from partial are falling out.
