Dr. Delcoc sees our niece with special needs, she is very attentive and actually tries to look into the issue instead of rubber-stamping prescriptions.
The doctor is great. Wife has been a patient for a couple years. She often wonders if Dr Delcoco knows how unhelpful and often rude her staff is. "It often seems like they'd rather be anywhere else." According to instructions on the portal we called at 8 am to schedule a same-day appointment. I have been on hold "first in line" for over forty minutes. This place has really gone down hill. They never answer the phone, if you have an appointment just expect them to run 30 minutes late at minimum. I’ve needed a medication refilled for several days and they just don’t check their voicemail clearly. I used to love it. Overall, they’re incredibly unorganized and not helpful in the slightest.
