I have suffered with electrical shocks to my groin and left leg due to a bulging disc for almost 3 years. Other doctors told me I should just live with it! I went to see Dr. Templin he showed me on the MRI where the problem was and how he could help me. I had a Minimally Invasive procedure done and I am 4 weeks out and doing GREAT. Dr. Templin was an Answer to my prayers! I Highly recommend Him.
My friend recommended and had severe neck pain. I thought I had an appt. with Dr. Templin to find out the appt. was with his assistant. I made another appt. to see Dr. Templin to discuss surgical options since my original appt. was not worth my time going to be told I had to wait another 2 1/2 months to see him. I make the appt. and arrive to be told I am in the wrong office and I should be in Joliet and I need to reschedule in another 2 months. Forget it! Don't waste your time.
Dr. Templin is an excellent spine surgeon. He had me try alternative treatments (physical therapy, injections) to ensure that surgery was the correct option to pursue. I had a lumbar fusion and was back to work in 3 1/2 weeks! Dr. Templin was very caring and compassionate during my hospital stay. I would highly recommend Dr. Templin to others. There is sometimes a wait to get an initial office visit, but Dr. Templin's expertise and outstanding care more than make up for it.
Having been practicing in the healthcare field for 31 years I can assure you that Dr Templin is exemplary in his field. His kindness and understanding is a plus. Dr Templin exudes professionalism. I am thankful to be in his care.
I had a minimally invasive lumbar fusion with Dr. Templin. I am doing wonderfully. My pain is gone and I have been able to return to the things that I love to do. His office staff was always ready to help. My operation was handled without any problems. My surgery was the 3-5th vertebrae fusion. I wore a neck brace for 5 weeks and am now completely healed. I would recommend Dr. Templin to anyone needing spinal surgery.
