I have been a patient of Dr. Swartz for 6 years and I absolutely love her as my physician. She takes the time to understand my concerns and has a sweet and caring bedside manner. She is knowledgeable in her field and provides the best care. Her office staff are courteous and efficient.
Dr Swartz seems to listen to your concerns. She seems to be knowledgeable about the different women’s issues who present with auto immune disorders, secondary to menopausal issues. However, it’s been about 4 days since I heard from the receptionist that Dr Swartz sent a prescription to the pharmacy and it’s still not there. Also, I had questions about the biopsy still unanswered. I am still waiting to speak to Dr Swartz about my results.
Dr. Swartz is so wonderful! She's very kind and understanding, and she makes you feel at ease when you're having any sort of issue. The office staff are all super nice, and the decor is beautiful. Dr. Swartz is also super quick with her exams, which is great, because we women all know how awkward those yearly exams are! 5 stars for Dr. Swartz all across the board!
I was referred to Dr. Swartz for an Abnormal Pap Test. And for additional testing. At my consult appointment Dr. Swartz explained in great detail the pap test results. What needed to be done next. She was very caring,patient,and did not seems to hurry thru my appointment. My next appointment was with Whitney her FNP. Whitney was amazing. She explained step by step of the procedure. Not looking forward to the next appointment. But feel I am in the right hands.
Appointment was for 10. I was asked to arrive at 9:45, which I did. At 10:30, I was shown into the exam room. Dr. Swartz did not arrive until nearly 11, no explanation or apology. A vastly different experience than Sharp Rees Stealy in California .
As a newcomer to New Mexico and a recent Breast Cancer survivor I have been in the process of finding new medical providers. Until I was referred to Dr. Swartz it was definitely a hit or miss process. From the moment I made my first appointment, to the intake professionals, to Dr. Swartz, I felt like I was in the world of absolute caring professionals rather than a clinician staring at a computer asking me the same form questions I had been asked on a previous visit. Bravo to Dr. Carrie Swartz.
Dr Swartz is an amazing Doc and surgeon, she was very knowledgable, understanding and compassionante. I will recommend her to any of my friends and family that need her expertise!
