Terrible - after 10 years of trying to obtain a surgery, I finally am allowed to schedule an appointment, she no shows to not ONE (first one was in person, after I drove 90 minutes to get there), but TWO (telehealth appointment) appointments on the same day. Then lies about it on the notes, and then her staff never bother to reach out again to reschedule, even though I've called twice and left messages.
