So far Dr. Hess and Dr. Nelson have been so very carefully attending to my medical needs. I have a Bunion ectomy and three hammertoes fixed so far everything has gone we'll I am scheduled for my second surgery next month they have been very caring and will see how things go so far and five stars. Got the second foot done the same thing everything went great. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Why would you not have samples taken before just telling someone they have toe fungus. If you would have sent a sample in then I could have received a negative result sooner. You led me to believe I had a toe fungus just using your eye sight. Not a thorough doctor. Previous review: Dr Hess was cold and not friendly. The exam was done with the door open. Basic podiatrist who will treat superficial problems of the foot like fungus, ingrown toenails, but not willing to go beyond recommending her custom orthotics to treat plantar fasciitis. Does not seem willing to perform surgery.
My wife Harjit was refused a re scheduled surgery by Dr Carrie Hess! My wife was unable to make her surgery appointment one time- and then Dr Hess’s office would not return phone calls for several weeks. Finally, my wife spoke to Df Hess’s office and Dr Hess refused any treatment for my wife! This is terrible medical concern for a patient! I strongly recommend that No patient be treated by Dr Hess for any reason! Peter Gasperini.
