I called the reception center and the person, who sounded as if she was working from home, was gruff. She was annoyed when she didn't quite get my insurance ID number correct and I had to repeat myself. While doing that she hung up on me. I called back and got a much nicer person. She didn't however apologize for the other staff member and seemed to think that was normal behavior for her co-worker.
