Rudest office manager ever, Judy is definite Karen vibes and how can anyone accept that kind of treatment. Better find a new manager or you’ll be out of business
I will start off with saying that Kyle is amazing!! His office manager Judy not so much!! This is the rudest lady I have met. The office has had a refund for me for 2 years now. I have been the most patient person when it comes to the refund. I visited the office in January 20th to see what I could do to get my refund. The lady at the front desk said that Judy would mail it out on January 22 after 2pm. It is now February 1st guess who still doesn’t have her refund. RecommendedI’ve been seeing Dr Burns for nearly 14 years. Almost as long as I’ve been in Baytown. I really like the practice, the doctor, the staff, and the PA. I can’t think of a reason I have ever been dissatisfied with any of their services. I would recommend this doctor.
