I saw Dr. Phelps for 2 years for ADHD. Dr. Phelps wasn’t compassionate and professional, in that appointments would be abruptly canceled without prior notice, due to an unforeseen circumstance in Dr. Phelps’ schedule. Dr. Phelps’ office overcharged me 3 times, and I didn’t feel respected in terms of bedside manner.
