I came to the ER at Kaiser Permanente in Irvine around 8 pm today due to sudden vision change in my right eye. After waiting for an hour and a half, she finally came to me and asked what happened to my eye. While I was explaining, she turned around and left! She was very rude and awful. I hope no one gets this doctor.
