Dr. Messer was my first endocrinologist, back in 2015. She was so nice when it came to treating her patients on a personal level. I was always comfortable with asking her any questions about my health. She was so nice and honest in letting me know that I had thyroid cancer. She put me in contact with the best doctors, whenever I had an appointment with her it was always nice. Her staff was always there to help answer any questions and concerns you may have. Dr. Messer is smart and confident in her care. She is also kind and compassionate and responsive if needed. I feel lucky that she is my doctor.
My terrific endocrinologist retired in the midst of the pandemic and left his patients in Dr. Messer’s care. Dr.Messer’s Office just told me it would be 900 dollars to call my pharmacy to REFILL my synthroid prescription. A drug I have been on for years! We are in the middle of a pandemic! 900 dollars?????? FOR WHAT!!!???? Perhaps Dr. Messer should just become one more concierge doctor. I give you an F-. How dare she consider herself a CARE provider! #disgusted!
She doesn't have a clue about hypothyroidism! I only got better after I found a doctor who followed the protocol of Stop the Thyroid Madness.
I saw Dr. Messer for a problem that may or may not be endocrine-related. She was kind and thorough, and, rather than refer me for non-endocrine related problems, she considered all possibilities.
I’ve seen Dr. Messer twice and she’s changed my life both times. The first time she suggested a helpful surgery - one no one else had mentioned to me and then she recommended an incredible surgeon who did an amazing job. Even though I’d only seen her once she called me after my surgery to check up on me. She answers questions thoroughly and is incredibly helpful and caring. I can’t recommend her enough.
She's the best. Plain and simple. Patient, great bedside manner, and thorough. Also, her staff is outstanding--they are also thorough, courteous and deal with everything in a timely manner. They are the best.
I really loved Dr. Messer when I visited her office a while ago. She was very sweet and she listened to everything I had to tell her. Very thorough. However, I've been dealing with depression for a while now so I gained a lot of weight. I'm ashamed of this myself and I understand her concern but her remark to me was kind of uncalled for. She basically told me to lay off the cake while I lay around on the couch. Insensitive much?
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Caroline Messer First, her staff was very friendly and helpful Second, Dr. Messer was very patient and attentive. I never felt rushed and she was able to help me with my problem.
