I have and will recommend Dr. Mallette to family and friends. My husband, daughter, son in law and myself go to her. She is a wonderful doctor. She explains everything, answers all questions and her staff is great. I highly recommend Dr. Mallette.
Very kind, professional and reassuring
Visit: Aug 2004. This is an extremely busy place, but me & my husband were both treated with respect, & the process went very smoothly. Dr. Mallette was professional & was very good at educating us about her findings & when to follow-up. I would recommend her to anyone.
Easy to get appointments with. She is very knowledge and courteous. Her office staff is very helpful and prompt. Would recommend her without any hesitation.
Dr. Mallette is the best G.I. doctor I have been had. I would highly recommend her. She is compassionate. She sincerely cares for her patients.
Consultation
I have never in my life had such a great experience with a specialist, or rather any doctor, than I had with Dr. Carrol Mallette. I have never felt so cared about. She is so smart. She asked me all kinds of questions, even those you wouldn't think of, about symptoms I didn't know were related. I've just never met a doctor that sharp, and her caring and empathetic bedside manner was moving. I am scheduled for a procedure, but I have no anxiety, because it is evident that I will be in good hands
When I called to make an appointment they couldn't get me in for three months. The staff at the office was pretty nice; no one really overly friendly but nice. Dr. Mallette spent a total of five minutes with me. She hardly listened when I talked, acted like she had somewhere much more important to be, didn't even examine me, and was out of the room without answering my questions or writing a new prescription. Clearly she is more focused on quantity of patients than quality of service.
Dr. Mallette was a nice doctor and was very thorough; she listened, explained what she wanted to do and made sure she answered any questions. However, it was incredibly difficult to schedule a follow up procedure that she ordered. The staff mixed up the procedure with a consult and I had to contact them multiple times to get it fixed and re-scheduled (took about 3 weeks total, but 1 week of that was because the lady who schedules procedures and I kept missing each other).
