Hostile care and bedside manner. First ever meet and greet was argumentative, and a complete waste of time after waiting 75mins to see the doctor. She's smarter than you and her time is more important, but I did appreciate meeting Tijuanda and Ms. Sharon. Save yourself the time and hassle and look elsewhere.

Dr. Jagdeo is a perfectly nice doctor, but I can only assume at this point that she rarely comes to work. Patients are left in the waiting room for hours until she finally arrives, if at all. Today I missed an important meeting at work to honor an appointment I scheduled with Jagdeo back in November. The receptionist took me aside and said she tried to call to reschedule, but she left no voicemail, so there was no way for me to know she needed to cancel. But that is the norm and not the exception with Jagdeo's office. After ... read more

I have been going to Dr. Jagdeo for years (I'm not a senior and I do work) and if you want to stay a patient you must understand a few things about her. She does not respect time. If you see Dr. Jagdeo during your appointment, plan to be there for 2-3 hours easy. You must have an opinion about your own care. She will lecture you and site this research or that research but you must stand up for yourself and what you know about your own needs, medical history, etc. I don't care what "the gold standard" is if I know that will n... read more

I thought I had an understanding of the scheduling not only do Dr J comes in after noon but you will still have to wait 30-40minutes to be seen I personally work evenings 230:-11pm it is hard and stressful trying to keep appointments and be at work on time. My only day off is Friday and she's do not work in the office on that day. I must admit Dr J is very thorough and attentive when you get with her but my experience is that she doesn't have respect for your time and schedule especially if you work . I believe she serves a ... read more

I definitely need a better doctor. I came here hoping to support a black owned doctors office but this is ridiculous. I routinely have to wait over 30+ mins for visits and ultimately I never feel like the results or benefits of the visit are there. This is usually a COMPLETE waste of time.
