I called to schedule an appointment after being in the ER because they said to follow up with my primary care doctor (June 2017) and they would not give me an appointment this month or next month the receptionist kept insisting the only appointment i can get is September. I had a previous Thippa doc and told her we can request the information be transferred but i needed to see a regular doctor and she would not give me any appointment. Worst service ever and I would never recommend her to anyon
So extremely disappointed with what just happened with this office. I just switched primaries with my hmo and chose this office because of the convenience and other factors. She is accepting new patients but I called to get an appointment and they could not see me until July. That is not accepting new patients at all. I needed a refill on a medication and they told me i could wait til July or be put on a waiting list in case. Unacceptable!
