Dr. Gossette has been my mothers doctor since prior to her opening her own office. My mother has been very fortunate to continue her health journey with Dr Gossette as she tentatively cares about her medical needs and concerns, she explains throughly and allows patients to ask questions. As a patient of her too and my husband we know and are at ease knowing Dr Gossette is our Family Doctor. By far, she is the best and her medical team receptionist, nurses are Excellent and provide the best services.
Dr. Gossette is very knowledgeable, friendly, emphatic, and understanding, which makes my mother feel comfortable with her. Dr. Carmen has been my mother's PCP for many years, and she has always been accurate in her diagnoses and treatments. Furthermore, she is always eager to share her knowledge and give advice to complement her treatments. My mother trusts her a lot, and so do I.
Takes her time with you and made feel like she was really listening and helped with different resources.
She called me to see if I was available earlier! I was. It was our first meeting. She listened to the story of my accident and said we had to rule out blood clots and fractures. In less than 45 mins I had an appt for X-rays and an ultrasound. She called me within two hours of the last X-ray with all the results. Very patient, knowledgeable, & explains everything very thoroughly. She made me feel comfortable to ask all the questions I had. I can see why she is booked all the time. Also very encouraging to be healthy and eat right.
She listens & collaborates with her patients & explains rationale for her explanations.
She is a great Doctor but you would never know because she has the worst staff, they make it very difficult to talk to her to tell her how horrible THEY are. They do not follow through and do not get back to you. I have been a patient for a while and am looking for a new Dr. and it's not because of her lack of knowledge or being a bad Dr. but because she allows her staff to be less than sub-par. Very caring and personable. Listens to you and gives you great care. Not like other doctors who are just trying to get you out the door to see the next patient. Highly recommended! :)
I called to schedule an appointment after being in the ER because they said to follow up with my primary care doctor (June 2017) and they would not give me an appointment this month or next month the receptionist kept insisting the only appointment i can get is September. I had a previous Thippa doc and told her we can request the information be transferred but i needed to see a regular doctor and she would not give me any appointment. Worst service ever and I would never recommend her to anyon
