The Woods Women Group provided the best care I have had in my 34 years of life. From the front desk clerk, Sarah the NP and even the Physician Ms Carmen. They are really about taking care of the actual patient. I felt automatically welcomed like I was a part of the family. The care from the staff was 10/10. I came to Dr Carmen Woods a few years ago after my doctor retired. I also had her father for an OBGYN years ago. Dr Carmen is not only a good doctor, she asks you questions and explains what she's doing during your exam. She asks about your life, family and such and has a real conversation with you. I hardly knew that I was really there for a doctor visit. She made sure to tell me about taking vitamin D, especially since I am an older lady, it's a good idea that I include it with my vitamins. Worst experience, never ever try this clinic.they are purely business shop, nurses have no knowledge,no clarity about patients. I myself was treated badly by several nurses there. They push you hard to take appointment for making money and make to sit to junior nurses which have zero idea about medical issues so better not to waste time money at this store (I would call) not hospital.
Dr. Carmen Woods, the nurses and staff are the best. Dr. Woods is compassionate, a woman of integrity, she listens to your concerns and goes above and beyond for her patients. I moved to Arizona for a job but still have a home here in Illinois. I fly back for my appointments with Dr. Woods because I haven't found another gynecologist as great as her. My recent visit with Dr. Carmen Woods reminded me of her professionalism and caring manner she shows her patients!! Not only is she an accomplished OB-GYN, she is a genuinely sweet, caring ,and compassionate woman of impeccable character..she has been by my side thru breast cancer..and I would not only call her my Dr but a friend..
Dr. Carmen Woods is so caring and takes the time to answer all of my questions. Even if it means that she is spending a little extra time with me than my appointment allowed, she makes sure that I have the information that I need. She is always cheerful and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Woods and her office. You and your health matter to Dr. Woods. :)
