This is my first pregnancy and I have a few medical concerns I needed to address. Dr. Tudela and her team put me at ease. They were extremely patient, thoughtful and communicative. The sonographer, Yolie took her time and triple checked her work. She took the time to let us take videos and allow us to feel so connected to our baby. I am extremely grateful for the experience we had and highly recommend the entire team including the very kind and friendly front desk staff- Ysa and Dulce.
Loved my experience with Dr. Carmen at the Jackson Medical Group! The front desk receptionist was lovely & our Ultrasound Specialist went above & beyond. Facility is clean & welcoming. Looking forward to my next appt.
This was my first time at Dr. Tudela’s office! The Staff was so kind and I was very pleased with how well they took care of us, and how efficient they were. From the phone calls to our actual visit, it was an overall very pleasant and smooth experience. They are a family friendly office which made me feel very comfortable and cared for! Thank you for a wonderful experience.
