Great Doctor!! My kids have been by Doctor Carmen Alfonso since 2001. Now my oldest kids is 19 years old and soon to be a parent. She will take her baby to Dr Alfonso as well. The environment is very friendly and always clean. The wait is less than 30 mins and she also accept walk ins. We love the doctor.
Dr. Carmen Alfonso and her husband Isidro Lopez are the best doctors, they are caring professionals that make you feel like family. I known them for over 25 years, they both took excellent care of my 3 children and they love them. The best medical service.
Good Dr. Horrible staff, no customer service. I have called and the receptonist doesnt even ask patients date of birth, message are not given to Dr. The nurse made me wait in the lobby and went out to take speciments because results weren't in the system, she decided not to call the lab. Staff service kills Drs Alfonso’s good job.
MY 10 MONTH OLD BABY FEELS VERY CONFORTABLE WITH HER. SHE IS VERY PATIENTE AND SWEET.
