I didn’t know what to expect going in but I was met with great friendliness by Carmen and I learned a lot about my posture and muscle tightness. The relief I felt after the session was like a breath of fresh air. Looking forward to future sessions, and doing the exercises to get rid of my tension but also prevent it from getting worse.
Dr. Carmen is an excellent chiropractor with great communication skills and a very caring, patient-focused approach. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and always provides helpful advice, including exercises to support recovery. Highly recommend!
