Was texted 3 times giving me the time and location of appointment. After driving 45 min to Fairfax location as instructed I was told Dr Bajwa was at landsdown location. I am livid. My appointment was canceled last week as a follow up from hospitalization. This type of incompetence is totally unacceptable. Now I’m waiting on a phone consultation. I am done with this staff. Totally incompetence!!!!
Dr. Carmen Pastor seemed knowledgeable enough. She explained everything in detail and was better than her reviews. Now, scheduling and the whole answer machine seemed outdated at best.
Went in hoping to find a new provider during my third trimester of pregnancy as I have hashimotos and hypo got bloodwork for her no response back for over a week (she’s very old fashioned does everything by paper) had to call myself and they claimed they didn’t have the labs when quest says the do. I had to request the labs myself from quest decided to go ahead and leave another message explaining the urgency of needing to know if my medication needed to be adjusted as it can impact my pregnancy stated I have the results if ... read more
No wonder they have bad reviews !!!
If I could give a zero I would. They rescheduled my May 15th appt until June 4th. It is the day prior and I had to call them to find out their office is still closed and my appointment has been canceled and they will not offer another appointment.
