Dr. Vela Brol has been my Primary doctor for about 15 years. He has always been the most professional, caring, skilled physician for me. Has has helped with many minor and serious issues over the years and I pray he never retires.
I appreciate the care I have received from Dr. Velabrol. I am an extremely hard case and he has definitely done his part within my medical health care team. I hope I can continue to receive this level of care from my primary care doctor. Also he doesn't deserve any back lash from his previous front end staff.
Dr. Vela is not only a great doctor but an amazing human being and I could not be luckier than to be under his care. I wait as long as I need to see him specifically, and I recommend him to everyone around me that says they need to see a doctor. My best friend is under his care because of my recommendation and another friend‘s mom who needed a doctor that she feel comfortable with as she only speak Spanish. I only put a 3 cause I was able to get treated and seen. The front desk three ladies could have not been more colder and not welcoming. I walked in with pain and one lady said hi but was looking at her computer not at me. I stood by the front not being greeted and or called over. Finally I get called over the other lady was not very kind made me feel embarrassed why I was there and an inconvenience. I got pulled back everything was fine and great there.
