Excelente la Atencion el Doctor Rivero muy buen medico , super Recomendado
Absolutely horrible, after paying for a teleheatlh call to go over lab results and ultrasound, the doctor failed to go over my Ultrasound results. Then when i call back to go over it, they no longer do telehealth and require me to come in and pay again. Even it being their fault. I WILL NEVER USE THIS DOCTOR AGAIN!
I have been with the Doctor for more than 10 years and I would have liked to meet him many years before, he dedicates the necessary time to be able to understand my explanations of my ailments, his office assistants are excellent..
A friend of mine referred me to this doctor, unfortunately I never got to meet him because they kept me waiting for almost two hours after arriving and checking on time. I asked how long was the doctor going to take to see me and they just responded it was going to take a while since he still had other patients waiting, I can only assume they double book appointments. This was very unprofessional and a waste of my time. I do not recommend this doctor.
Did not have a good experience. Doctor seems competent. His office staff is not in my opinion, and his very rude office manager told me they were not taking my insurance any more. My insurance still has him as a provider.
